We met Danielle and Zach at a farm off of a country road in Jeffersontown. They picked the farm where Zach works because of the meaning of the location and the beautiful scenery. When we me them, we had to follow them down to an old barn, which was flanked with cow pastures. As we shot their photos, cows mooed in the background and their adorable dog, Hank, trotted around us.
Danielle and Zach are so sweet and casual. We had such a fun time despite the cold, wandering around the farm and through the barn.
From the old barn we drove up the road a ways to a new barn, where they will be having their wedding. At that location they changed, in the truck, into some more dressy casual outfits. By this time the temperature outside had dropped even more, but that didn't seem to phase Danielle and Zach, they still rocked their photos. We got some of the best "slowest kiss in the world" (you can find out what that is during your engagement session when you book us haha) photos under a pine tree. And even got some of the cows to join us by the gate so they could have their time in front of the camera. Hank, of course, stole the show when I draped Danielle's scarf around him to keep him nice and toasty warm.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Danielle and Zach, and look forward to their May wedding.
